DMCI Homes Communities

DMCI Homes is one of the larger property developers in the Philippines, and its communities team publishes video for residents and for buyers deciding between them.

Their creative team found the team on Fiverr in November 2023, wanting a Filipino editor for work in Filipino.

The first project was an interview recorded in difficult conditions, so it was as much restoration as editing: making the recording listenable, then cutting it to their script. A second followed a fortnight later, a square piece for their online channels.

Both were built with their own templates and licensed music, and both went through the review rounds an in-house team needs.

They came back inside a month, and their note is below.
