A Georgia brokerage with a weekly market update, cut and published for them.
Working with Innovative Properties Group
Innovative Properties Group is a property brokerage in Canton, Georgia, led by John Marion.
He found the team on Fiverr in November 2021 and arrived with the format already worked out, which made it a weekly job from the first week rather than after the third.
Each edition joins two recordings with nothing technically in common: a produced market update, and a piece he records himself. The join has to disappear. Every edition also gets a thumbnail and goes straight to his YouTube channel rather than coming back as a file for him to publish.
It ran weekly, with a turnaround short enough that a market update is still current when it goes up.
His reviews say the same thing each time, that it was edited to the instructions given and delivered fast. On a weekly job that is the entire specification.
