Home Buying Process in 10 steps (ONTARIO)

This real estate video walks through buying a home in Ontario in ten steps: down payment, pre-approval, finding a realtor, listings, viewings, the offer, deposit and conditions, going firm or releasing, the final walkthrough and closing. It is presented by Layla Khan, a realtor based in Mississauga. Each step is given its own chapter so a buyer can find the stage they are standing at without watching the whole video again.

Framelink Media edited and chaptered it so a buyer can go straight to the stage they are at. Each step starts where a viewer can see it start and assumes nothing from the one before, and anything worth noting down is held on screen long enough to copy.

Preparation for publication included full chaptering of all ten steps, which is what makes the video usable across the months a purchase takes rather than in a single sitting.
