Interstitial Journaling on Logseq

This video demonstrates interstitial journalling, the practice of writing a line about what you are doing each time you switch tasks, using the note-taking tool Logseq. It is presented by Elymar Apao, founder of one of the largest non-profit UX design communities in the Philippines, on a channel covering self-development, visual thinking and design.

Framelink Media cut the screen capture so a viewer can follow the practice rather than the mouse. The frame was zoomed to whatever is being clicked rather than left at full size, the pace was held where he moves quickly out of familiarity, and the demonstration follows one path through the practice rather than every option in the menu.

Preparation for publication covered the titling and the framing of the screen capture, so the video is findable by the practice it demonstrates as well as by the tool it uses.

The finished video suits people building a note-taking system, and works for viewers comparing Logseq with Roam Research, Notion or Obsidian.
