Pull day
This is the cover for the pull day routine already on this site. The headline is two words, because somebody who trains a push, pull and legs split is searching for exactly those two words and anything longer only gets in the way.
Framelink Media set the type large on the right and left the gym floor visible behind it, so the cover still reads as a session in a room rather than as a graphic with a photograph somewhere underneath.
The frame catches him between sets rather than mid-repetition. A held pose stays readable when the image is shrunk, where a movement blurs into a shape nobody can identify at that size.
The same treatment runs across his training covers, so the pull day video and the push day video sit next to each other on a channel page and read as two halves of one programme. The arm check in the frame reads instantly as a back and biceps session, which is what the two words promise.
