How to sell a tenanted property
This is the cover for a video by Toronto realtor Layla Khan on selling a property that has tenants living in it. Her face takes the left of the frame and an interior takes the right, which is the split most property covers need: the person answering the question, and the thing being asked about.
Framelink Media set the headline in two weights. The first line is small and yellow and asks how, and the property term underneath is large and white, so a seller scanning a results page reads the subject before the sentence around it.
A circled question mark sits between the two, which keeps the cover in the shape of a question. That matters for a search topic, because the people who find this video have typed a question rather than a title.
The interior behind her is dimmed and softened so nothing in the room competes with the type, and the crop leaves her expression readable at the size a phone shows it.
