W Express call centre agent

This is a portrait from the same W Express call centre floor, with one agent in a headset in front and the room still working behind her. It is the frame the company uses when a picture needs a person rather than a department.

Framelink Media retouched the uniform to the brand blue, on the subject and on everybody visible behind her. Correcting only the person in focus is the shortcut here and it is the one thing that would have made the frame unusable.

The light falls across her sleeve from the left, so the correction had to hold through a highlight on one shoulder and a shadow on the other without either going grey or going solid.

Depth of field was left as shot. The room behind is soft, the subject is sharp, and nothing was added to separate them because the photograph had already done it. The frame is cropped a little tighter than the group shots, so she reads clearly at the small sizes a profile or a card uses.
