Agent to camera
This is a second vertical piece from the same estate agent, framed tighter than the first and moving faster. A run of these lives or dies on not all being the same, and the distance to the subject is the cheapest thing to vary.
Framelink Media set the caption panel across the middle rather than the foot on this one, because the frame is tight enough that the lower third is chin. A caption position is a decision per piece, not a template setting.
The cut is tight enough to catch him mid-movement, which is deliberate: a vertical piece that starts on somebody settled has already lost a second explaining that it is about to begin. On this format a second is most of what you get.
The purple wall behind is the same as the other piece in the set, which does the work of a brand without a logo having to appear anywhere in the frame at all.
