Radio studio session, part two
This is a second vertical cut from the same radio session, framed wider so both people at the desk are in it rather than one at a time. Two people in shot is a different piece from one, and it is the right one when the exchange is the point.
Framelink Media kept the frame still and let the two move inside it. Cutting between them on a vertical would put each of them in a tighter box than the format can hold, and a static wide lets a reaction land while somebody else is talking.
The station screen was kept behind them at the same brightness as the faces, so it reads as the room rather than as a light source pulling the eye to the back of the frame.
The clip ends on a reaction rather than on a sentence. A piece from a studio should finish where the moment finishes, and the moment is rarely the last thing said.
