Restaurant interior
This is a vertical piece filmed inside a restaurant, lanterns overhead and the service counter in the foreground. People choose a restaurant on whether they can picture themselves sitting in it, so the room is the subject rather than any one dish.
Framelink Media kept the warm light. Correcting it toward neutral is what every automatic grade does and it takes the evening out of the room, so the white balance was set to keep the reds and stop the faces going orange.
The shot moves with somebody working rather than panning across an empty dining room. Service is what makes a room look alive, and an empty restaurant photographs as a closed one.
No music was laid over the room tone in the cut, because the sound of a place filling up does more for a restaurant than a track does. The clip runs long enough for that to register and stops before it becomes a tour.
