Stop selling your home like that
This is a vertical piece from an estate agent, opening on the word stop and a model house held up to camera. A correction is a stronger opening than a greeting, because the viewer either recognises the mistake or wants to know what it is.
Framelink Media burned the captions in and set them across the lower middle, clear of the interface, in two weights so the operative words carry on their own. Most of this is watched with the sound off, and a caption that needs sound to make sense is a caption that failed.
The prop is the other half of it. A talking head holding something has a second thing to cut to, and the model house means the subject is established before a sentence is finished.
The cut stays on him throughout rather than going to property footage, which keeps the piece as advice from a person instead of a listing, and that is what this format is for.
