Hand prints in the basketball base
This is the cover for the part of a hoop installation nobody films: four hand prints pressed into the wet concrete of the base while it sets. It is the moment that turns a delivery into something a family keeps.
Framelink Media made the prints the subject rather than the people. They run in a diagonal line up the frame, each one lit so it separates from the grey, and they are the only bright thing in the picture.
The headline sits in the top right with the phrase forever memories underneath it in a lighter weight, which is the reason for the video rather than the description of it.
The concrete was graded cool and purple so a dull slab carries a cover on its own. A frame this plain would normally need a face in it, and this one earns its place without one, which is rare enough in a thumbnail set to be worth keeping.
