Spending money leads to making money

This is the cover for a video making a claim most people disagree with on sight. The design leans into that rather than softening it, because a viewer who wants to argue with a headline is a viewer who opens the video.

Framelink Media set the headline in three parts. The setup is small and yellow, the claim is large and white in a black box, and a red tag underneath answers the objection before it can be made.

The subject sits low and left with his eyes closed against a wall of notes, which gives the type the whole upper right of the frame and keeps the two from fighting each other.

Small icons sit in the corner at a size that reads as texture rather than as content, so the frame has somewhere for the eye to rest after the headline without adding anything else to read. Nothing on the frame is left at a default size, which is what keeps a busy picture legible.
